Making Your Clothes go further!

If you like to update your wardrobe each season
with the current climate this may be one of the
most challenging seasons yet, so here are some
tips:
* 1st - Look & see what the current trends are &
check what you already have in your wardrobe
* Lots of trends return year after year – stripes
are nearly always in for summer.
* Use accessories to get the look - Tribal is big
this season so wood jewellery is just the ticket.
* Asymmetric is also in – alter hemline
* Use colour, this can be achieved relatively
cheaply with T-shirts, jewellery & bags.
* Dye tired clothes in the season’s colours
* Look at where belts are being worn
* If you do buy make sure it will last more than
one season & think - does it suit you or are you
just buying it because it’s fashionable,
will you wear it?

Don't buy the wrong size!

Sounds common sense but lots of us buy the wrong size because we don't want to go up a dress size or think we're going to lose weight so 2 tips to take shopping with you:-

Buy for the weight you are not the weight you think you will soon be. If you don't lose the weight you'll get depressed seeing the garment hanging in your wardrobe unworn. If you do lose weight you don't always lose it where you want to and it may still not fit!

Don't worry about the   size -   different shops have different cuts, the most important thing is that the garment fits & flatters not that you are a size xx!
