"It's always a good idea to make sure your gutters are clear.

Gutters get full of debris especially leaves, & if you don't clean them out the gutters start to overflow and the damp run down the walls loosening the pointing & allowing damp in.

Also, the weight builds up & fittings start to give so either the gutter doesn't run away well or in some cases it comes adrift causing more problems. "

Check your measurements before you cut to save expensive mistakes!

Get your Christmas lights out early and check that they are working. This'll give you time to buy new bulbs before the rush starts!
